Dear ARK Families,
Welcome back! I hope that you all had a wonderful summer with many opportunities to rest, relax and enjoy family life.
We want to begin by welcoming everyone – our returning families as well as the new ones who have moved into the
community this year. We would also like to extend a really warm welcome to all of our new and returning staff this year.
Please see attached a complete staff list for 2018-19 school year.
AR Kaufman Public School is the best!! The staff has worked hard to create a learning environment to excite and engage
our students. They are dedicated to the highest level of education for each child and consistently work in partnership with
you so that your child’s needs are met each day. If you have a concern or a question, please do not hesitate to contact
your child’s teacher. As a staff, we continue to work towards our School Improvement Plans focusing on optimizing
learning and achievement for all students.
We look for support from you in ensuring that your child’s routines are in place at home. Regular bedtimes, scheduled
evening times for homework review, exercise and healthy eating habits all make a difference in your child’s success.
Forms: To ensure the safety and security of our students, we need to ensure that we have up to date information. Please
take the time to carefully complete, sign and return these forms by Monday, September 10, 2018.

- Student Data Verification Form – update any information
- Medication Letter – return bottom portion – salmon
- Student Personal Information Form – green
- Do Not Ride Form – bus students only – purple
- Volunteer Form – please complete if you wish to volunteer at ARK this school year – blue
- Immunization Consent Form – intermediate students only
Keep at home:
- Peanut Allergy letter – pink
- Balanced Day – yellow
- Public Health Information letters – intermediate students only
- Code of Digital Conduct
- School Day Registration Letter – yellow
